‘High School DxD Hero’ Key Visual & Character Designs Revealed

The fourth season of High School DxD, the highly-anticipated harem anime got already announced at the Fantasia Bunko Festival in 2017. The latest installment in the series, titled as High School DxD Hero has fresh news to share with fans as the official website got recently updated with a brand new key visual and character designs for the upcoming anime. High School DxD Hero is scheduled to air on the 10th of April 2018. Studio Passione handles the production, and the voice cast reprises their role for the fourth season. Minami will perform the opening theme song, and the ending theme song will be performed artist Tapimiru.

Plot summary:

Issei Hyodo, the lecherous protagonist, is a student at Kuoh Academy and lives a peaceful life until the point when he gets killed by his girlfriend on his first date. Well, that would mean the end of the story for most humans, but not for Issei as he gets resurrected by Rias Gremory, the busty third-year student of Kuoh Academy. Though the next morning Issei thought the previous day was only a bad dream, soon after Rias appears to reveal her true identity. Rias is a devil, and therefore Issei has become one as well upon his reincarnation. It also turns out that angels, fallen angels, and devils live among humans and now Issei is bound to serve his seductive master by whatever means necessary.

High School DxD began serialization in Fujimi Shobo’s Dragon Magazine in its September 2008 issue. Hiroji Mishima’s manga adaptation began serialization in the July 2010 issue of Dragon Magazine.

High School DxD’s anime adaptation was released on January 6, 2012, and got followed by the second season on the 7th of July, 2013 and a third season on the 4th of April, 2015.
