A-1 Pictures

Founded by ex-Sunrise producer, Mikihiro Iwata, A-1 Pictures is a subsidiary studio of Sony Music Entertainment’s anime production firm Aniplex.

J.C. Staff

Bones was founded by ex-Sunrise members including the late Hiroshi Osaka – passed away after a long battle with cancer at 44, in 2007. The studio was established in 1998 and has released many highly-revered anime series over the coming years.
